Free Standard Shipping
On demo orders of $35 or more within the contiguous US.
Standard — $4.99
Estimated arrival in 3–7 business days.
Express — $9.99
Estimated arrival in 1–2 business days.
Shipping details
- Carriers, handling times and geographic coverage will be confirmed before launch.
- Processing typically happens within 1–2 business days (draft).
- Tracking links would be emailed once an order ships.
Returns
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery (draft).
- Refunds would be issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
- For safety reasons, opened supplement products typically cannot be resold — final policy TBD with legal review.
Damaged or missing orders
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right (draft commitment, subject to final policy).
